Ara Rau held their first successful Industry Open Day on Tuesday 21st September. With the industry spotlight on infrastructure in the Bay, there was a sizable turnout of local programme providers and job seekers, supported by industry training providers and businesses.

The aim of the IOD series, is to create awareness around what it means to be work-ready and communicate current needs in various industry spaces. Ara Rau’s role in the community is to provide pathways to work, and making these connections between industry and people is one way we can make this path more clear.

Their next IOD will be in collaboration with Winstone Wallboards in the interest of their new Tauranga Facility. So, watch this space for all the exciting job opportunities coming in 2022!
